Royal Diagnostics Inc. DBA Valey Medical Supply Company is a DME company, located in Van Nuys, CA. where we have been in business since 1995. We are licensed and bonded, accredited with Joint Commission, and have a current HMDR license with the state, Medicare, Medical, LA Care, Molina, and Health Net providers. Our company services the greater LA county area, Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, San Bernardino, Antelope Valley, and San Fernando Valley. We provide a full line of Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory therapy, Incontinence supplies, bathroom safety, orthotics, rehab and standard manual and power mobility products, rehab equipment, repair and maintenance on patient's existing equipment. All equipment is delivered and set-up in a patient's home at no charge and receives routine maintenance, repairs, and service.

We are compliant with all state and federal regulations and have experienced technicians on staff to better service our patients and their needs. We have an HMDR Exemptee on staff that is responsible for our legend devices. An ATP is on staff and evaluates patients for custom rehab manual and power wheelchairs, and manual and power tilt-in-space reclining wheelchairs. We specialize in equipment repairs and services, such as power and manual wheelchair repair and maintenance. We regularly train our staff members on policies and procedures and supplier standards and get continuous education. We provide superior customer service and have extensive knowledge of the various products that are available for patients, as well as insurance coverage criteria.
